Ray Stein joins the AMTeam as Project Manager

Victor, New York, October 3, 2005 - Applied Mechanical Technologies, Inc. (AMT) announced today that Ray Stein has joined the AMTeam as Project Manager. Ray is a seasoned mechanical engineer and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from State University of New York at Binghamton.

In his role as Project Manager at AMT, Ray will manage and be responsible for all aspects of projects from initial specification review to final customer acceptance testing. As in previous positions he has held, Ray will be responsible for resource allocation, concept development, milestone completion, and the mechanical and electrical design and build of products and test fixtures.

Prior to AMT, Ray was a Senior Project Engineer where he was responsible for mechanical design support and leadership of product mechanical design requirements, customer requirement review, creation of functional specifications, and project management. Additionally, as it will at AMT, the position required a strong emphasis on schedule, budget, and accountability of a co-dependent team.
