Tom Jackson joins the AMTeam as a Project Manager

Victor, New York, October 2, 2006 - Applied Mechanical Technologies, Inc. (AMT) announced today that Tom Jackson has joined the AMTeam as a Project Manager. Tom is a seasoned Project Manager and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. In his role as Project Manager at AMT, Tom will manage and be responsible for all aspects of projects from initial specification review to project completion. As in previous positions he has held, Tom will be responsible for resource allocation, concept development, milestone completion, and the mechanical and electrical design and build of products.

Prior to AMT, Tom was a Project Manager at Kodak supporting commercialization of Ink Jet and Thermal Dye Sub home photo printers. Tom has extensive experience working at Xerox in various roles including manufacturing engineer, mechanical engineer, Quality Assurance Lab Manager and Systems Engineering Manager.
